Grifo Developments and MRI Real Estate software announce partnership

MRI Software will become the new software partner of Grifo Developments with a five-year deal 

Grifo Developments today announced a new partnership with MRI Real Estate Software, bringing the best of MRI products and technology to the Kent-based developer’s growing portfolio of Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets.  

Grifo will use the MRI Living stack across its operations at construction sites, completed neighbourhoods and the Grifo Performance Centre to help operate more effectively and boost productivity.   

During isolated tests and demonstrations over the past two years, MRI Living proved it could deliver infrastructure that supported Grifo’s journey to vertically integrate its key business units. The Resident Portal will provide intelligent workflow handling and automation, helping to deliver a first-in-class resident experience with maximum efficiency.  

In addition, Grifo will leverage MRI Living’s property management and accounting functions to help streamline maintenance and repairs to its estate. The partnership will ensure full regulatory compliance whilst measuring cost and quality performance.
