Grifo Developments operations team, Hero Living, receives 4.8* resident review

Hero Living’s ethos is to always put the resident first, striving for first class customer service as well as properties we and the residents are proud to call home. Over 94% of our residents felt their requests were dealt with in a timely manner with many commenting our team is caring, understanding, quick to respond and on top of everything.

With our current strategic plans to take Hero Living to the next level our residents are the backbone of this and knowing what is most important to them is key. From the size and layout of their home, maintenance response times and flexible tenancy terms we can ensure that existing and new residents are taken on the journey with us. One which sees them being a resident from their graduate days to family life and through to retirement.

 "We've had an exceptional response rate to our survey with over 40% of residents sharing their views.  The team will take great encouragement from this positivity as we look to effect further enhancements to the resident experience across our homes, technology, and processes throughout this year. Doing the basics exceptionally well will always be foundational at a service level but being able to learn from our residents' experience and incorporate that into the design of our new homes is really exciting"
