Jubilee Gardens

Set in the bohemian heart of Margate, Jubilee Gardens was once an unloved brownfield site in need of a clear vision. 

The site of a demolished vehicle workshop site has been transformed into a tranquil gated community of two, three and four-bedroom family houses, each powered by solar panels. Every home features plentiful storage, private gardens, car parking, EV charging and cycle storage.  

Despite delays caused through the discovery and treatment of contaminated land, a particularly mild winter and timber frame construction method aided the 20-month construction programme.
