Phase I 

Occupying the site of a derelict former garage, a magnet for antisocial behaviour and a blight on the local community, Orb Way (Phase I) forms a newly built haven of apartment living on the fringe of Margate, within easy reach of the QEQM Hospital, town centre, and sandy beach. 

Given the gradient of the site, the 18-month construction programme saw significant civil and structural engineering works to retain the highway and allow for the excavation of the lower ground/ground levels.
